Rumor: Nintendo DSi Reaches Australia in July, New Guitar Hero Peripheral on the Way?

Nintendo continues to remain tight-lipped about when we can expect to see the DSi gracing American shelves, though rumor has it that we could see the handheld arrive by the end of April.
Another rumor from Australian site Gameplayer is that a "major Australian retailer" says they'll have it by July, fitting in with a "major holiday catalogue run" for retailers, wherein the DSi would be a star item.
They note "for our international readers, the previous two versions of the Nintendo DS have both launched within weeks of each other across the EU, Australian and North American regions, so you could pencil in a July release too."
In addition, they say that upcoming handheld versions of Guitar Hero won't be affected by the lack of a Game Boy Advance slot, as they will implement a new device to get around the issue, though the old one still won't work. Makes sense to me.
