Germany Double Dipping on Ratings Labels for Mature Games?

In the wake of the recent school shooting in Winnenden, German offcials have been up in arms against violent video games. Coming to us from GamePolitics is news that things have hit a whole new level as you can see in the picture to the right.
In addition to the ratings board warning on the front of the box, there is a sticker on top of the cellophane that reads, "not appropriate under the age of 18."
Right now, we only know for sure that this is in regards to Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, but we'll have a follow up post tomorrow to confirm whether or not this applies to all mature rated games. If I don't find the extra stickers, I'll be asking if they are only being used in specific regions or states (such as Baden-Württemberg, the state where the shootings occurred). Expect more information on this tomorrow, if I get cooperation.
